Payment

All payments are made by e-transfer. We provide receipts with all necessary information including name, date, length of session, rate, total, and the registration number of the counsellor who conducted the session. Note that we have some sliding-scale fee places available. 

Cancellation Policy

In respect of your counsellor’s time, as well as to support appointment availability for other clients seeking care, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Please note: Full payment of the session will be required in the event that 48-hour notice isn’t provided. Consideration will be given in the event of emergency circumstances.

Benefits Coverage

Many service providers will cover all or a portion of the cost to see a Registered Clinical Counsellor under their extended benefits plans. Please contact your service provider to determine what type of coverage might be available. If you are covered for services you will still be required to pay for each session and then be reimbursed by your insurance company.
