This past month I watched the movie: “The M Factor” about the Silence on Menopause here in a public event in my local community.
Like other transitions, menopause calls for a new way of looking at ourselves. Instead of facing this phase with fear, we need to accept it as an opportunity for new self-discovery and emotional well-being. Feminine empowerment also lies in accepting our bodies, minds, and journey.
When we begin to speak openly about these phases, we can support each other and break the silence that still exists around them. Dialogue is key to approaching the challenges of this transition with more ease and awareness.
If you’re going through this phase or know someone who is, share this reflection. Let’s break taboos together and celebrate menopause as a new opportunity to live our best version.
